The annual Conference is the largest of its kind and 'exists for educational purposes exclusively.' It has attracted some of the best music clinicians, groups from around the world, among others. more

18-21 December, 2013, McCormick Place West, Chicago, Illionois, USA.

The KBB Music Midwest Scholarship is a unique professional development opportunity open to all teachers and directors of concert bands and orchestras in New Zealand. Strongest consideration will be given to those whose attendance is likely to create the greatest benefit to Youth Music in New Zealand.
 
The KBB Music Midwest Scholarship covers two-thirds of, and up to NZ $4,000 including GST:
* Airfares to and from the Midwest Clinic in Chicago, Illinois
* Conference cost
* Taxi/Shuttle/Public Transport transfers to and from the conference venue
* Accommodation while attending the Midwest Clinic
* Meals while attending the Midwest Clinic
