Many of you have asked when our website will be reopened for purchasing. Due to overwhelming client demand, we have decided to re-activate the add to cart option on the website.
It’s critical you read the following information as we still cannot ship anything purchased.
New Orders and Enquiries
At this stage, we are not permitted to despatch products - purchased online - to our customers and all our e-commerce logistics (shipping) options remain completely closed. However, we have been lobbying the Government and it has announced that it is at least considering the issue. There is no timeline for a decision.
The only exception is some software product where these are supplied as a serial number (Electronic Serial Number Delivery) and no physical stock needs to be shipped.
To be clear, we cannot ship anything you purchase online (from us) at the present time.
However, many clients have indicated they still wish to place – and pay for – orders, on the understanding we cannot ship these at the present time. We’ll be reaching out to these clients to confirm this arrangement. We appreciate the current situation is frustrating. As soon as this changes – or the alert level reduces to Level 3- we will post notifications on the website and get your product sent to you as quickly as we can. Our online team is remote working and contactable via the website for enquiries.
We’re looking forward to getting things back to normal and being able to ship you the products you need to record, produce and perform your music. In the meantime, get in plenty of practise and ..stay safe.
