Many a song includes the lyrics music makes me feel good, so in the spirit of making sweet music, we thought we’d share three reasons why cool notes, smooth lyrics, and lively rhythms are important things for young people to have in life.

  • Music allows for freedom of expression – Let’s celebrate the next generation and give them an opportunity to be who they want to be through the medium of music. The social pressures on our young people are greater than ever, let’s help them connect with themselves and support their music-making.
  • Music is therapeutic – It doesn’t matter whether it’s a smooth ballad or ripping rhythm. Music can help a kid to vent or calm down, relieving stress for them and you!
  • Music inspires – Music triggers emotional, memory and motor centres, inspiring brilliance and creativity.
