KBB Music is now accepting online & over the phone orders

WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING CONTACTLESS ORDERS – ONLINE & OVER THE PHONE WITH YOUR LOCAL BRANCH

Thank you to our many clients and friends who have offered so much support and encouragement during these unprecedented times: we’re grateful and very humbled.

We’re looking forward to getting things back to normal and being able to ship you the products that you need to record, produce and perform your music – we hope that you have managed to get in a lot of practice over the lockdown!

We are excited to announce that we are now accepting Online orders and will also be accepting over the phone orders as of Tuesday 28th April, as New Zealand enters COVID-19 Alert Level 3.

Online Orders
All of the stock from every one of our stores nationwide is now available to purchase online.  These orders will be sent directly to you via contactless courier delivery or Click & Collect from your local branch.
Please note, selecting Click & Collect on our site does not mean it will be available for collection quicker as the dominated branch might not have stock.

We are overwhelmed by the level of support you have shown us and are truly grateful – we are doing our very best to process your orders as fast as we can, however there may be a delay of 7-10 days as we get on top of the backlog, your patience is appreciated.  We also understand that couriers are currently experiencing unprecedented volumes nationwide so there may be a delay at their end as well.

If you are too excited to wait to receive your order (we understand!), we suggest calling your local branch and placing an order for click and collect instead (see details below).

Phone Orders – Click & Collect from your Local Branch
Our stores remain closed to the public during Alert Level 3, however you can call your local branch and place your order over the phone to be collected from our shopfront.

Store opening hours and contact details can be found here:

Payment for Click & Collect orders can be made by internet banking which will be processed overnight.  Your local branch will give you the bank account number and reference.

Payment by credit card will only be accepted in limited circumstances, in which case you may be asked for additional details to validate you as the cardholder.

Please bring along your current photo ID (such as Driver’s Licence or a Passport) and if you have purchased by credit card, the credit card that was used.  If you nominate someone else to collect on your behalf, let us know in advance: they will need to have their current photo ID and that same credit card.  You will be asked to show the ID and credit card through the window, our team will verify your ID and credit card against your order, we will not be able to supply your order without this.

If your local branch does not have the item in stock, they can offer you a suitable alternative or arrange for the item to be sent to your local branch for you.

Once your order is ready we will call you to arrange a time for you to come and collect your order. Please do not come to the store to collect your order until you hear from us. Please remember to wait for a call to book your pickup time before heading to the store.

A staff member will arrange for your order to be supplied to you in a contactless manner outside of the shopfront - please do not enter the shop and remember to keep at least 2 meters distance from staff and other customers.  If you're feeling unwell or are self-isolating, please send a friend or family member to collect your order.

Repairs and Service Facilities
We will also re-open repair and service facilities. From Tuesday you can call or email your local branch for details on how we can assist with repair and servicing issues.

Health & Safety
We take health and safety very seriously, especially during this uncertain time.  Our staff have been supplied with appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) and have health and safety procedures in place to ensure the health and safety of our staff and our customers whilst processing your orders.
