Given the overwhelming response to Cyber Monday and Christmas ordering – all staff are focussing on processing orders to make Christmas cut-off times and as such these emails cannot be guaranteed a reply before Christmas / New Year.

Our website shows “up to date” stock and pricing for product that is currently on hand. However, due to the vast number of products available to us, and our various supply arrangements, we may have run out of stock or be awaiting re-stocking at that time. In order to keep our listings “live” on the web our system will log these items as POA [Price or Product on Application].
In addition, there might be items awaiting arrival or undergoing re-pricing, or we may not have the latest available price from our supplier. Again these will show as POA.
As a service to you, information on pricing and availability for these products will be on an inquiry basis. These products are listed as POA and your inquiry emails will be answered within 24hrs in most cases.
This is not an automated reply service; all POAs are answered by one of our Product Managers and only during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
