Since 1888, KBB Music has been with Kiwi musicians all over the country.

Starting out as Kirk-Burnnand & Brown in a boutique music shop in the Plaza Theatre building on Queen Street, Auckland, back in 1888, now as KBB Music since 2003 when the name was changed. KBB Music has expanded from small beginnings in the New Zealand market to New Zealand's oldest, biggest and most specialised brass, orchestral and piano music stores in the country with 10 locations nationwide.

KBB Music is known for its extensive product offering from xylophones to pianos, recorders to flutes and everything in between including instrument rentals, KBB Music offers a wide choice in new or used instruments.  In fact, KBB Music has New Zealand's widest selection of world renowned Brass, Woodwind, Stringed, Percussion and Education instruments and accessories.

KBB Music prides itself on offering a professional service and quality products at the best possible prices.  We are also very proud of our long involvement in the New Zealand music community sponsoring such things as the annual KBB Music Festival and the NZ Chamber Music Contest as well as having a dedicated Music Education Team to support music educators around the country.
